Won't work. /vp/ is a fairly slow board, but it's big enough to warrant a boad. A general wouldn't be able to contain the entire topic. Hell, even three generals, one for tcg, one for game and one for anime wouldn't work.

Permaban anyone who has Reddit cookies

Folding all the arts boards like Papercraft and Oekaki and all that is a good idea.

/wsg/ should not merge into a graphic design board, since that's not at all the kind of discussion that happens there.

Slower, more specific boards like /n/ and Veeky Forums folding into broader boards makes sense. /an/ shouldn't fold into /out/ though, since /an/ is around 70% discussion on pets and not camping and nature shit.

/d/ needs to be kept separate from the other /h/-esque boards, and /aco/, which should never have existed, should fold back into /d/.

/s4s/ and /r9k/ are both boards that absolutely have no reason to exist anymore, but in /r9k/'s defense it's somewhat serving as a containment board.
