It really is too bad. I don't play much Mercy but I can absolutely carry as her. There just isn't much to it, heal tanks for fast ult, heal anyone whos squishy who gets low, don't fly into bad situations etc. You get a get out of jail free card every 2 seconds and using your ult well revolves around not doing anything until 2 or more teammates are down. You'd need the IQ of a walnut to be bad at it yet so many people are.
