Are any highly experienced FMs around that could answer a few kinda specific FM questions for me?

Should I use Dragonblaze on Cooldown for the Meteor Shower CD reduction, or every 14-15s to line up with the buff duration?

When Inferno comes off cooldown, should I prioritize an Impact to get instant-cast Inferno available, or wait until my next natural Burn application?

For Impact-Inferno, how long should I delay casting the Inferno after Impact? I've just been doing 1 lmb rmb x, though I'm not 100% sure that's correct, since I noticed you can delay Inferno an extra GCD and still get the instant cast Inferno. Should I delaying it to draw out the Burn duration longer? Same question also for HM Inferno's free recast (I don't have the HM skill so I'm not 100% sure how it works).

Should I be using the Restrain skill constantly when available, or use it once and then normal rotation until I need Burn/Blaze buff again, or not at all?

HM Skill priority? Assuming it's something like Inferno>LMB>Beam>nothing else of use?

General priority of buffs and abilities? I'm assuming Twin Dragons > Dragonblaze > Inferno > Burn applications > Meteor > Beam without badges?

-dragonblaze for meteor cdr is worth until you get resets at which point it's better to use dragonblaze to line up with buff duration since the cdr won't make a difference
-during restrain you can fit either palm in between them with low enough ping, blazing is gonna result in more damage but frost palm is easier to get in due to the cast speed
