Did Britain ever have a chance of winning the American revolution...

Did Britain ever have a chance of winning the American revolution? Seems like all their hopes rested on there being a lot of loyalists willing to fight.

Throw Lord North out of Parliament.

Immediately grant a sort of dominion status to the 13 colonies before this shit begins.

250 years later and the eternal Anglo rules to earth.

But the Eternal Anglo rules the earth today.

they could of easily won, they just chose not to

wasn't worth it

They could have fucking destroyed the colonies.

They just had burocracy issues. Traitors in Parliament.

Early America made lots of money via smuggling rings too. Hmmm

>modern americans
>anglo

More than you think. Holdover anti-English sentiments from the wars had people lying about their heritage for a hundred years. This was followed by their decedents hearing their family calling themselves German or whatever for that length of time and they continue to report that themselves as factual.
English decedents makeup a sizable portion of the white population of the country.

Not when the french and their spanish slave decide to fuck with england.

No doubt that most americans will be part anglo, but also part potato, part spaghetti, part sauerkraut and probably a few other dishes.

Even after the frogs jumped in?

He is attempting to rule the earth, big difference.

No frogs, no win for the colonies.

Hence General Blackjack Pershing's comment at Lafayette's tomb: "Lafayette, we are here."

Once Spain and France joined, it was over.

But before that, they could have fucking destroyed the yanks but there were shit tons of bureaucracy problems

Spain's fleet would have been a pretty big consideration.

You have to remember that 1776 Britain was fucking weak
They may have managed to defeat the rebels if no one interfered (and even that isnt sure) but there's no way could have won a 1vs1 war with France, let alone a 1vs2 war with France and Spain

In 1778 they had the biggest colonial empire of the world

You're pretty much right actually. Because we speak English, history and literature prior to the formation of our country is taught almost exclusively from their perspective. This historic connection makes them feel closer to us, and I imagine it is a large part of the reason we have such good relations with them and the rest of the Anglo countries.

All of these are initially French
