Looking at the specific changes I can't believe it's only 30%. Everything seems to be nerfed 50% or more. Like

Just spoke with Mod Stone over Skype.
Apparently Mat K forced this update to go through and they believe Mark is the one who told him to make sure it happens, they think it's to prevent the game going shit down the road because he believes OSRS really is Jagex's last chance to bounce back strong.
He also said the proposed new Zulrah drop rates aren't true but he wouldn't tell me what they really were and what's not true about them.
