When is FAVOR THE SHOOTER being changed? I can understand it up to a point but literal subhumans playing on 200+ ping do not deserve to have it. For instance earlier:

>jump in as winston and drop barrier shield
>roadhog hooks me straight through the fucking bubble and one shots me
>my team can see the bubble but enemies can shoot straight through it because roadhog apparently cancelled me putting it out by hooking me a full second after I dropped it

>be diamond, always climbing higher up
>friends are all bronze-gold, always stick around the same ranks

Her entire survivability gimmick works on chip damage not being able to affect her as she regens too fast, and constantly flying away to safety

But if Doomfist is an all melee offense hero, I reckon he'll have a lock on attack

Like reins charge where you lunge at an enemy then attack, but you home in on the enemy instead

1v1 will naturally attract way more tryhards

Couldn't you just, in theory, stick shielding heroes and just largely ignore the Pharmercy and kill their weaker team on the ground?

Yes, but Pharah's rockets/blast tend to push people away, so they are pushing the enemy away while still doing damage.
