For me Xanders was by far the easiest with Lloyd coming in 2nd.

Now that I think about it, Cav memes are now both cheap and extremely effective.

Cecilia is a free unit.
Gunter is a free unit that comes with Hone Cavalry.
Camus is a free unit with not only Goad Cavalry but also a 1-2 range weapon.
Xander is a free unit.
Ursula is a free unit.
Eliwood and Jagen come at 3*.
Blade tomes are found on 3* units, easy as hell to roll.
The hardest thing to get is Reinhardt and he's still just a 4* unit.
