I've been getting closer and closer to diamond and I see widows that can headshot my entire team instantly. If I get close using winston, they'll headshot me in mid air.

Use cover before jumping at them. One headshot doesn't mean shit to Winston, and if that's all you've taken by the time you're in their face you should be gold. Just conserve your bubble till the jump.

They should make QP "All Heroes" again, add an Unranked mode, which is just current QP+comp rules and make the actual Comp more strict (something like at least 10 hours on 5 different heroes on QP, to difficult smurfs)

ie drop her cooldowns, buff her abilities and remove her restrictions while scoped, then drop her damage in exchange because she doesnt even need more than 100/shot
