Going off of the media that influenced Scott's creation of FNAF, he probably did at some point in Scott's mind, but seeing as how FNAF found huge mainstream popularity with children, and these pizza mascots have ironically become huge with kids when they were forgotten in the actual games' universe, I seriously doubt we'll see anything dark like that with the Afton storyline.

Everything else you say is true but that one is canon. If you want to get nitpicky about it only one was labelled "B: Internal Ice Cream Dispenser", so it may very well only be a single ice cream lactating breast. Furthermore, "internal" implies that the ice cream came out on the inside, which is strange, but all the same at least one breast is a source of a delicious creamy treat.

I think it's a symptom of FNAF becoming an overnight sensation like Minecraft, instead of having a fanbase large enough to encourage Scott to keep working, but composed more of the horror fans and adults he was aiming for with the first game. It becoming such a hit with kids probably led him to take to them for feedback and yes, changing the games to be more accommodating.

I mean the only time we see Baby with ice cream is just before she grabs Afton's daughter, her abilities also could be useful for luring a child to be all by itself. From ice cream to only one kid, inflating a balloon for one kid and doing a personal song request, they all could be used to lure a kid away from a group and when the emergency stop is engaged her claw-arm comes out to grab then and then transport to Funtime Freddy.

Could have been a glitch in her programing, she has it in her to kidnap kids, but also probably had a programing to not go after Afton's kids. But when she encountered the daughter alone her programing took over and tried to grab her, but at the same time her programing not to herm her happened and caused both to activate, causing her to die.

By that I mean her "kidnap kids" programing activated because she was alone with a kid who was separated from the group, causing her to reach out and grab her with her claw arm, but after she grabbed her, the "don't harm Afton's kids" program activated and caused the arm to retract inside/the claw to collapse and ended up killing Afton's daughter.

This could be why Afton told her to stay away from her as he wasn't sure if the programing would work out how he wanted it to. Remember this happened of Baby's first and only day out so he had no real tests for her done.

Something weird had to have happened to her anyways.
