Mixed feelings about the acquisition of the characters, but I have to actually play it to know.

I was looking forward to this update mainly because I wanted more characters to spend these selectors on. Here's hoping the Homecoming update isn't bad.

Yeah. My current reserve I can just dump on getting my last few unfarmables' gears maxed, but after that I don't know what I'll do. I'd use them for uni upgrading but with how low UUK drop rates are, it's not like I'll be getting to the point where I'll need those bios anytime soon anyways.

Once they think this is acceptable to charge us for one character they will never stop. The paywall characters are one thing at least you have choices. Making us basically pay for dlc means if they make enough money we will only get good characters behind huge quest pay walls. Not to mention only being able to get jean after finishing five characters. Netmarble deserves money for this amazing update but they don't deserve to cheat us. Don't buy magneto!!!

I'm sure this is from Reddit, but regardless, Magneto isn't "paywall" anymore than uniforms are. If the crystal cost turns out to be insanely high then sure, that'd be bullshit, but it's not like anyone has to actually spend money on him. He is, by definition, not paywall.
