You have no choice but to accept any request he throws at you as refusal would probably mean your people will lose all the supplies sent over and you and your people would starve.

B) Continue the war
Your waifu would be in a lot of danger as your nemesis could easily have her executed whenever he wants but the war is in your favour, you have smarter minds controlling your army and better weapons and soldiers.
It is just a slow war as your archnemesis's lands are very well fortified and all his major forts are protected by tough mountains.
You will win the war but you risk having great harm done to your waifu or she will die She might be raped, and if you are really unlucky, she might have a child with your nemesis, not her fault of course.

C) Blitzkrieg your nemesis's capitol.
You throw all reason out of the window and charge to end the war right now, your waifu might die, it depends on how long the battle takes and you will almost certainly take heavy casualties.
You might not even win as you don't know what tricks he has in his capitol.
