AMX 12t isn't that bad by virtue of its autoloader. It has the same gun as the 13 75, but its a tier lower. Really its just lacking in HPs.
Well, the reload is 8 seconds longer and the intra clip is half a second longer, on top of being taller, having worse gun handling, terrain resistances and traverse speeds, and view range. It might just be me, but the 12t is the only french autoloader that I can't wrap my head around
