90's A E S T H E T I C thread

Why aren't you diving an early 90's JDM luxury vehicle?

...

...

>That carpet

...

...

What car is this?

subaru svx, dumbass

Because I kinda have a thing for early '90s German lolcantturn landbarges instead.

Who shit in your cereal this morning?

Because I'm driving a fun early 00s commuter car built for the American market by British people for Honda.

That said, the SVX is rad but the only one I know of in the area literally just sits parked. Also peak a e s t h e t i c s happened in 80s digital dashes.

Atleast the D2 never rusts due to that aluminium body. And dat 3.3 V8 TDI is a thing of beauty.
One of these landbarges took a tram head on and it derailed the tram. And the driver got away only with some broken bones but that was about it.

>One of these landbarges took a tram head on and it derailed the tram
That's fucking glorious.

I don't expect SVXs to be particularly reliable, and I don't expect SVX parts to be particularly easy to find. Would rather a Lexus, at least I have a licensed Toyota shop in town.

Its literally written on the car

Because reliable cars are shit.

Nothing beats the cheap plastic interiors of 90s US cars.

Cracked dashes aside, I can't get enough of it.

>tfw can raise my seat high enough to drive with my head sticking above the t-tops
can we please bring back T-tops? It's like having a convertible but it isn't gay.

Because I like 80s German luxury cars instead

>that aftermarket radio

I'm still rolling with the original nonfunctional delco in my 95 camaro.

the wiring on it is fucked so it gets power depending on the rpm

Old Honda interiors make me hard for their simple understated designs. Modern cars make me claustrophobic with the sheer amount of steering wheel and dash clutter.

Disgusting

>car built for the American market by British people for Honda
Rover 827i Vitesse ?

Their instrument clusters have almost always been on point as well.

EP3 Si

It's only okay looking from the outside but the inside is really comfy and the weak ass K20A3 is still enough to have fun driving it.

The Insight was their best.

wrong

The prelude instrument cluster was pretty much sex.

...

...

...

>promo shot with blacked out aerodynamic headlights
>production version has FUCKING SEALED BEAMS

1991 Toyota Century Limo

late 80's early 90's fastbacks are fuckin' awesome. 90' ford probe I daily. Wish I had a porsche 914. I saw an 87' or something for sale near me for $4,000, but it had 110,000 miles as opposed to my probe's 25,000, and it was only $2,500.

You are a piece of shit. Not everyone's a car expert like you to identify it at a first glance. That's why I asked What car is it.

>to be a car expert, you must have working eyes
kek

I do.....pic related.

Is that your svx op?

Because I drive a '97 SVX and I believe thats late 90s.

More like 94, you can tell by the grille

Drive the german equivalent I suppose. dat fast german wagon.

I drove an SVX and.. no, just didn't fit me.
Would stick a penis inside an SC400 so hard though.

Close good sir, its probably a 92 since its liquid silver.

Nice, any interior pics?

No it's for sale around my area

But I am
That's exactly what I'm driving

what is that and what wheels are those?

Convertible Infiniti M30, not him btw

Just these two

But I am tho

Wish I woulda cleaned it before i took pics....

Zart-2 they say made in Japan on the back and '93 but I can't find any info

I have no fucking idea why you are so triggered, I just pointed out that the name of this model is literally written on the side of the car
you don't need to be an expert to see that either, my car knowledge is probably far lower than the average here since Im not into cars for that long, but even I can fucking notice it
and I'm not even seems that someone came and pissed into your cereal and asshole this morning

...

>Wish I woulda cleaned it before i took pics....
Yes

Is only your passenger window tinted?
I like the black on black and wheels

No the window was rolled down. I was happy with the wheels too, 18s look better but performancd wise 17s are better.

I don't like those wheels.

These ones suit the car.

...

Because I'm driving an 80s Japanese work of art.

Thank you for liking my wheels, I plan on powder coating them grey. Thoughts? Also the first car you quoted isnt an SVX.

The fuck is a lebo?

Lebonese, something you glass

What size sidewall are you running? 50mm?

A weird thing to thank for.
My imagination doesn't work there. I would ask someone to photoshop them for a try-on.
I know that the second one wasn't.

They are 235/45/17

Damn, kinda fat for 45's

Man that looks better than my 9-3

I am

Love that hand break!!!!

lmao you are a fucking retard

Dude I love my 87 supra. Something about a fastback just feels so fucking good.

Oh, but I do just that.

Because my dream car is an 80's Italian supercar

Keep them silver. Contrast is good. Gray wheels would just blend in and make the whole car look boring.

Because I'm about to drop 8 grand on some 90's american... plastic

...

>silver
You mean alloy.

Wtf, it looks like they used the same hand brake and gear selector from the 80s camaro.

Not really.

t. turd gen owner (mine's manuél though)

Saab?

Didnt see that was a reply, am retarded fugg.

>(mine's manuél though)

lol 305

SID missing half the pixels. Yup that is a Saab

Because I'm driving this

>nigga having beyblades for rims

If this is your pic, where in holy fuck did you get that Norton, how much did you pay, and is it the greatest aesthetic track bike of all time?

missing a pedal there m8

Better to have manual with that engine than a 700R4

t. former Monte Carlo LS owner

>half the pixels
Where exactly? But yeah, that's a classic problem. Thank GM. Those CC displays are perfect tho.

>Better to have manual with that engine than a 700R4
my 700r4 holds up to 550-600hp no problem just by replacing the nylon bullshit

I have a 92 Supra but I kind of want to sell it and import an early 90's or late 80's Chaser. I'm worried I'd regret it though because my supra is my first car and it's an uncommon model

meant Soarer, not chaser. whoops

simple interiors died after 7th gen civic and accord.

8 grand ? fuuuck i tough they were cheaper

Cuz intial D and fags like yourself put their cost to like a 2 year old used car.

It's within fair market value
also, it's clean and has low mileage
only problem is
>lolnostorage

Those wheels.

what do you guys think of a 1990 subaru justy?

>90's A E S T H E T I C
Condensed 90s futurism

NICE HYDRAULIC PISTONS RIGHT IN UR FACE LMAO

JUST LIKE A LAMBO :^)

Yup, that's why it's so awesome.

Fuck you I love the way this car looks. A fucking beauty of mid 90s bio design.
