neutral, even attack can be sacrificed for the sake of more reliable doubling with blade tomes. HP makes a difference of 1-2 damage with Vengeance, so it's rather negligible and unless you're using Reciprocal Aid or Fury to get to 1 HP reliably, you might as well replace it.

You can't make any patterns out of the special banners just yet.

First one had three characters who were in the top 10 as well as one character who was not even in the game yet(at least as a playable unit) and also didn't make the top 20

Brides had 2 characters who was in the top 10, one who wasn't, and one who was neither in the top 10 or in the game whatsoever.

Swimsuits can have two top tens like Ephraim and Eirika, someone who wasn't in the top 20 like Kagero, and someone not even in the game like Micaiah.
