Simple training, constantly remind yourself to use your arm to aim.
Even little things can help, like putting up a little post-it on the edge of your screen with "use your arms" written on it or something like that,

turn your sensitivity all the way down and get used to it
hard at first but worth it

lower your sensitivity, you're forced to aim with your hand because you literally won't be able to move your mouse enough with your wrist.
