yeah, panic lasts for one action, even if you just make the unit wait on the same spot. when you dance them they're buffed up again.

Bride Caeda is actually pretty good as a base unit.
37 base speed or 40 with a boon is pretty damn good.

Just make her a blarblade+ user and keep her base A skill or maybe even give her fury/desperation and watch your discount Linde shit on things. She also probably can keep Iceberg.

Katarina is a magic tank alternative to Tharja, Athena is crazy fast with just passable attack and a Wo Dao+ Moonbow combo to make up for it, Luke has just enough HP to run his Panic Ploy and just barely enough Attack for Brave Sword, and Rody might actually be held back by his weapon, but it's great for dealing with Vantage shenanigans, pulling enemies to allies to beat up safely, and shutting down Quick Riposte so there's that.

It activates at the start of the skill user's phase. At the start of a phase, the skill user will shoot out a panic wave and everyone hit by it will get debuffed. The debuff lasts as long as regular panic, that is, unit the debuffed unit completes an action (not turn).

if you have no bladetome then why not just do 4x wards? Or one fortify on whoever will fight the least and 3x wards.

If you're sticking with Priscilla give her hone and then give tiny hands fortify. Neither of them need that particular buff. If you want goad on your team you can also give fortify to freddy

Slap Renewal and Reciprocal Aid on her together with Breath of Life. Bam you got a great anti-mage that can support your team with debuffing and healing. Or swap Renewal with Poison Strike and give her Defiant Res for a ''killswitch'' setup. I'm going to 5* my +speed maid when this arena season ends.
