This will be the thread with the GET

I wish this thing would just sell already.

I hope whoever gets the get uses it to say something profoundly enlightening.

why would you sell your drz bud

I hope it's a DBT bro

where at/how much?

Yamaha a best

get

Just got my gloves for the MSF course. AGV Sport Valiant, how did I do?

how do I get my mom to stop trying to go on rides with me

Ayyy, virginian? Do you know of dcsb?

Suzuki: its a way of life

because suzuki a shit

How much do you think Panigale prices will drop when this thing comes out?

...

Here we go, lads.

Honda brings the get.

looks better than the gloves i ride with, but you can literally bring gardening gloves to the msf course and be fine. you're going at 20 mph tops

...

10/10

damn, well at least we got this one, even though it's a suzuki bro

good gets

it keeps happening

ayyyyyy

Well shit, I might take my shooting gloves instead since they controls are easier to operate in them.

I never ride it anymore. I think I've taken it out 3 times in the past 4 months, and that was only to get my hair cut, grab lunch, then come home.

MA.

Take the gloves you will be riding with, it'll be a good opportunity to get used to them. Most motorcycle gloves need to be broken in, mine were fucking suffering for the first few hours of wear. Now they're pretty comfy, but since they're relatively new they still have a ways to go before they're super soft.

Suzuki fags at it again

> t. cuck who lives in AZ, where lane splitting is i l l e g a l b o i z

the drz400 used market is cancer.

"Trust me bro it's easily still worth $5000, it's a supermoto and I installed everything myself." Like they want you to pay for the labor they did installing everything

Good luck selling it though, I would making listings in boston especially even if you aren't exactly near the city, that's where the retard money is

I actually own a Yamaha but I knew Suzuki get all the gets

First day of riding today and I am so glad I bought a bike. This is what has been missing in my life. I went to buy a helmet at a bike shop and looked at the other bikes, I already want more. If I was rich I would have like 5 different bikes. The speed is intoxicating and my bike is only moderately quick, doing a 2nd through 4th gear full I feel like I'm going into outer space.

you will burn in hell for this lies

Wasted get

best be quiet yamaha girl

kys

>constantly posting a thot

dat 'zuki!

literally best bike best girl

>GS500
nice meme
desu CB500s are pretty much the same price as GS500 and are better bikes

you clearly have shit taste m8

they're both shit

>gets mad about being passed
C H I L D

If you have a tight budget it's about buying the least shit one

>first day riding
>already a speed demon
ur gonna die

Everybody does this. Especially if they've been driving for years before getting a bike.

I began riding a few weeks ago and I'm scared shirtless and hate going fast on anything other than a completely dead dual carriage way

Though to be honest in that same price range he could get an XT600E which is what I'd go for.

if it has been on the market for more than a month you're asking too much or your ad is shitty.

nah, most of the time they go in the $2000-3000 range, which is pretty reasonable for a bike in good condition

>XT600E
I wish they still brought these to the US

Your loss. Me and my mate got our bikes at the same time. Only took a week before we were drag racing at every light.
Good thing there's no traffic or cops out wop wops

I'm """""""""mad""""""""" for 2 reasons.
1. That's a fucking BIKE lane. I happen to care about our two wheeled cousins.
2. I bet you they would be livid if I passed them lane splitting at that same fucking light.

Was about to say this. For the budget you'd be much better off buying a dirt bike/dual sport.

>I bet you they would be livid if
you bet they would be? You're mad because you're making assumptions about what you assume people will do? Just do it and you'll realize most people don't care. Plus that lane is a mile wide. you could fit 2 cars in there

Really? I actually feel safer at higher speeds. It depends on the road obviously. But I didn't buy a bike to pussy around on. Seriously once you start going fast its like my vision narrows as if I was a hawk focusing on its prey and you just fucking fly

Whats a good satnav and how do I attach it to my bike?

get that 500 burger HUD and tell us how it is

It depends on the bike but yeah, I'm a firm believer that if you're a pussy and start putting fear into your mind, or wondering "what if", that something actually bad will happen to you. But if you use your brain, and respect your bike a little bit you can safely have a lot of fun. It also helps I'm 27 years old and not a 19 year old idiot.

lel you're definitely going to ride straight off the road on an easy "corner"

Post suzukis

I'll give you that point, but still.
Fucking bike lane.

>Live in AZ
>Lane split if I'm the fourth vehicle or closer to the light
>dgaf about angry cars

is than an SV6? Why is your seat so puffy lol

Its illegal here in florida, i don't give a fuck i'm usually doing 2x the speed limit anyways. The cops here are pretty relaxed when it comes to bikes, hell half the guys I know that ride don't have a license and don't have insurance lmao. I love cutting off normies in their cages, its even funnier when they try to catch up to me.

should i sell my 2011 drz400sm and buy a 2002 DRZ400E and SM convert it? I feel as though I'd save a lot of money, and also have the FCR carb and hot cams

Beats me, from the looks of it the last guy jammed an asston of memory foam in there and restapled it shut
It's cozy as fuck

stop posting cartoons like a child and start posting bikes

People honk at me when I split. Police have flashed their lights too, but nothing came of it. People move over to block me if I cut into the bike lane to pass them while they go 25 in a 30.

And car/truck people STILL pull up next to me in my lane to turn and will gladly cut through a bike lane to do so. A fucking cop did it once. And don't get me started on bicycles. They do what they want. People don't care. I'm on an ebil rice rocket so I must be am model citizen.

I looked at one of those today and I was surprised its way bigger than I thought. Someone said they're as big as scooters, nah its like a shrunken 250 sport bike

Yeah, but I'm beta af and am scared of tickets.

still raining and it's 5:30 am what is with this shit lads.

lol check this out

youtube.com/watch?v=DTHsriWFH1Y

Search the price for the carb + cams vs wheels, bigger brake rotor, caliper relocation kit. I'm taking a wild guess that's probably cheaper to mod your SM

How do you get a ticket for lane splitting if there's no motocop, you don't pull up next to a cop, and a cop isn't in line and doesn't block you?

It's like going into hot pursuit because someone turned right without using their blinker.

So that's how you pick up girls with a motorcycle

WTF
she survived mlive.com/news/saginaw/index.ssf/2015/08/victim_in_draymond_green_parad.html

Heavier than a CBR
Worse brakes than a CBR

The /dbt/ anthem.

I'm really glad I got my bike licence later instead of getting it when I turned 18. Spending those 5 years driving really gave me great road sense.

I feel like if you want to learn how to ride a motorcycle, you must first learn how to drive a manual trans car. You have to understand the clutch/throttle dynamic and then everything is so much easier.

Where did you find this video of me riding?

mexicans and poors

I have never driven a manual car and I picked up riding just fine. It's fairly intuitive.

or you could just learn on a motorcycle

While it might help, I think you can pick it up without, especially if you take an MSF class.

>want to ride wit me
>betta get my cd
>betta get it

no thanks

>I actually took the time to check these claims
>most wrong
will honda ever be fast again?

no, they specialise in middle of the road

Contemplating selling my Magna 750 for an R6. Has anyone here done a switch like this? What should I expect going from a cruiser to a sportbike?

The R6 really comes alive once you hit pretty high RPMs. Magna motors are different from the V-twins most cruisers have, so it shouldn't be a huge, huge difference in how it behaves. Riding position is obviously way different, and you don't really have to drag the rear brake as much at slow speeds on sportbikes like you do with cruisers.
