From my encounters with Alicesoft Angels in Kichikuou Rance I do not think they are Good creatures.

I mean they glitter and make everyone happy when they are around and only do good things, but I bet it's all for show and in reality they go around donating to the poor because they want to build dependency on hand-outs.
