No street legal sports bike I know of goes to 22. 12, not a problem, but even those 400cc sports bike in the 90's didn't go above 19-20.

Honourable mention goes to the Mercedes/Cosworth 2.3/2.5 16v.

SRT-4 was turbo though.

MC22's could do 22 with a bit of valve float and wildly degraded lifespan on the top end.
