My brother is turning 17 soon and I saved up some money to buy his first car. Basically, he's an enthusiast gear head, not the most knowledgeable but he loves loud V8s and stuff like that.
I thought of buying him a 2011 Crown Victoria with bull bar and all the package but wanted to know if it's a good choice or are there better options (nothing cuck tier like Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla)
