Had a bunch of fun on my moonkin. The shoulder/bracers legendary combo is a blast on several fights. We'll end up mid pack when adds start dying faster from everyone getting better gear, but it'll still be fun to play. Nighthold had some ok and mostly boring moonkin fights.

I'm mainly interested in Balance, but is there one spec that's definitively best for leveling? I'd play Guardian until 110 and switch specs but I really wanna learn the spec I'm gonna be playing.

For the class mount do you need to do all the '12 broken shore world quests' type quests that came out weekly?

You should "level" as every spec. Queue as a healer, tank and DPS. Pretty much the biggest no-grainer there is.

You have to do all 15 "chapters" of Broken Shore (Like 3 actual quests and 12 WQ types) and then complete a quest in your class hall that ranges from "Kill shit"(Priest) to Going to all the opposing faction Auction Houses and killing shit
