Here's the perfect champion kit for "Loli with the big axe" you have all been waiting for.

Hard engage-lockdown bruiser, heavy AD focused. Can be build full tank-cdr as cc machine
P: During moving and when out of combat, Loli winds up power in her Axe (think Energized status of stattik of Firecannon). When at 100, Loli speeds up significantly (think full DMP) and her next basic attack has additional effects.
When in range (think cait with cannon), Loli throws her Axe at enemy champion. Axe cant be blocked by any kind of autoatack resistance. It deals damage to a champion, slows it and stays in the ground. After half a second after hitting, and during the timespan of two seconds, Loli can jump to her Axe regardless of her distance to it. During landing she knocks up every enemy around the axe, dealing damage to them.

Q: After activation, Loli's next three autoattacks deal bonus aoe damage and her attack speed is increased. If all three attacks will be directed in one target, it will be stunned for a second. Same target cant be stunned more than once every 5 seconds. cooldown of this ability restets if it kills the target (only if it kills direct target. Things killed by aoe dont count)

W: Loli throws her Axe into enemy champion, dealing small damage and slowing it briefly (same as passive). She also becomes completely immune to CC for 1s after throw. Axe thrown by W creates a small aoe zone in which, after second activation of W, all champs inside it become slowed for another 2s. Loli cant jump onto Axe thrown by W but gets big movement speed buff when running towards it. She also cant deal damage without grabbing her axe first. Range is half the range of the passive.

E: Every single enemy around Loli's Axe gets rooted for 2s. It can be used when it's in Loli's hand, when it's on the ground or even when flying through the air.

R: Loli's passive must be up (she needs to be "energized") for her to be able to use her ultimate.
Ult is triple-cast type of spell. After first cast (that ignores placement of the cursor), Loli spins her axe quickly in the air (think Poppy ult), gaining momentum. The longer she spins her Axe, the bigger the range gets (from cait ult on lvl1 to global at lvl3) up to 3 seconds. After second activation, She throws her axe far ahead (it dissapears from the view). On the place of the cursor appears a massive zone that stays there for next 2 seconds, of which for only 1 the circle becomes visible for the enemies. During that 2 seconds, loli must "draw (thing Viktor laser or Rumble ult) the line within that circle with 3rd activation of the ult. After next 1s, Loli slams with her axe on the ground, ripping it along the line (she rides WITH the line, beggining in the place she choose. Lenght of the line is always the same), dealing massive damage to every enemy on that line and knocking them back. The line is visible to the enemies for half the second before the impact.
