Most under 25 males I know drive uninsured or have it under the name of a divorced parent they're not living with and give them the money to pay it. Latter group here, otherwise I'd be paying a minimum of $300 a month

2) Even if you get into an accident not at your fault you'll get fucked

3) You're not building insurance history, this is important. (Unless you plan on driving without insurance forever you'll get it eventually and your premiums will be fuckhigh)

if your parents have an insurance plan it'll make it much cheaper (around 2000$ in the GTA annually)

alternatively, take the hit you do not want to end up being a HIGH RISK DRIVER (under 25 uninsured and crashes) no one will insure you after that and you will get butt raped by high risk insurers
