you cant use 4x4 at highway speeds anyways, so why buy 4x4 just to lower it and add skid plates? It won't be any benefit in a city, which is where I'm assuming you'll drive it since you want to lower it

2015+ are 4x4 and pursuit rated.
Skid plates, push bar and spotlights are normal off road accessories. If you want the police look, just go with a police model, it's cheaper and just as fun.

If I'm not mistaken only the 2WD are pursuit rated, because 4x4 has a higher center of gravity. But I don't want a police model because they're 1. Idled to death and 2. Spartan and grimy inside. A civilian model with the police bits makes a little more sense.
I know lowering a 4x4 model doesn't make sense, but I'm moving to NYC next April and I'll be going between the city and upstate all the time, so I'd like something comfortable and capable for winter, not to mention a big ass Tahoe.
