Looks like VAG still has European "journalists" on the payroll

Yeah must be bribes right. You know the VW Up! came last in the sub compact/city car category right

Considering VAGs recent history, and Audi's overall reliability history, yes bribes would be the only plausible reasoning for these ridiculous claims

>just double down on being dumb if in doubt

>can't come up with a single argument proving otherwise
>resorts to insults
Academia wasn't your strong suit, was it?

>vague allusions to Audi reliability and VAG "recent history" take precedence over publicly available and verified figures on new cars purchase reliability

[Citation needed]
For all I know they just drove a bunch of sample cars for a week and if the car had some weird noise it was marked as unreliable.
A car is reliable if and only if it only needs ordinary maintenance over a period of years.

New cars are judged based on reported faults over the first 3 years of ownership.

>verified figures
Such as? All I've seen is a picture with a percentage in the bubble next to the car with no explanation, it's all bullshit
Also
>only one model is reliable

Least reliable cars by category

CITY CARS - VW Up - 74.8% reliability rating

SMALL CARS - Nissan Note - 48.6% reliability rating

FAMILY CARS - Nissan Pulsar - 48.3% reliability rating

MPVS - Mercedes-Benz B-Class - 46.2% reliability rating

SMALL SUVS - Nissan Qashqai (petrol) - 28.9% reliability rating

LARGE SUVS - Range Rover Sport (diesel) - 14.5% reliability rating

EXECUTIVE CARS - Jaguar XE (diesel) - 36.7% reliability rating

LUXURY CARS - Mercedes-Benz E-Class - 46.1% reliability rating

COUPES & CONVERTIBLES - Mazda MX-5 - 71.0% reliability rating

ELECTRIC VEHICLES - Tesla Model S - 52.4% reliability rating

Only ask mechanics who actually work on cars which interest you about reliability.

No one who isn't a mechanic knows anything worthwhile about reliability.

These are What Car figures of course. Shame they couldn't ask nocar retards on the internet for opinions instead of tracking faults with owners of cars but thems the breaks.

How will Tesla™ ever recover?

>has never seen reliability ratings on new cars before
Jesus Christ bro at least pretend you care about cars

This is subjective. Mechanics can be bias. They'll steer you to the cars they like and know how to work on.

>paid advertisment
Wow. Living for a while far north I can tell you GMs and fords are the only things that get past 15 years in harsh conditions.

>new cars
>reliability
From a smaller period of how long retard? Any brand new car can seem reliabile if you're only testing it for 2 months you jackass

>Mechanics can be bias

Cheap CT200h's when? They're basically the Corolla I already drive and am very happy with in regards to reliability, only much nicer.

3 years
No one is testing new cars for 15 years because by the time they are 15 years old they're $3k shitboxes

>3 years
it wouldn't be the most reliable new car after 3 years dingus

>VW Up

BULLSHIT

>cheap garbage is bad
Shocking

It's the most reliable car of the unreliable ones.

Somehow I'm not surprised Nissan are this bad, this is what you get when you're owned by the French.

I just can't believe it's worse than the fucking French cars.

What cars does it compete with? I only know of the Up!/Mii/CityGo and the C1/108/Aygo.
It doesn't surprise me VAG looses from Toyota in reliability.

i thought it was a retrimmed prious?

The CT and the A3 are both the SAME FUCKING CATEGORY but suddenly the CT is now a family car despite that joke of a boot.

What is this garbage OP?

>2 mercs
DELET DIS

The A3 is much smaller than a CT...

The Prius probably shares much of the Corolla platform, too. But it's basically an Auris chassis (international continuation of the Corolla) with a Prius drivetrain and a new body and interior. Similar dimensions, too. My current car is the same overall format.

Packed to the roof most hatchback trunks are larger than most sedan trunks, and hatchbacks with the rear seats folded completely blow sedans out of the water. The sedan is a retard bodystyle.

>expensive cars generally better
Wow ground breaking

>Outlander that high in reliability
>"Large SUV"

Bull-fucking-shit. I own one and it gets rusted to shit and it's no larger than a fucking Subaru Outback.

>14.5% reliability
Nice to see Range Rover still forging a path into the brave new world of continuous maintenance.

>rusted to shit in 3 years from factory
Yeah ok bro

>a fucking leaf

>Range Rover Sport (diesel) - 14.5% reliability rating

Jesus Christ, JLR, get your shit together.

Current Outlander is like 2x fatter than the first Outlander.

>much smaller

Are you on drugs?

The CT is 4 centimeters longer than an Audi A3, in fact they're both from the C premium segment.

>COUPES & CONVERTIBLES - Mazda MX-5 - 71.0% reliability rating
what the fuck

In what universe is the Outlander a large SUV?

Small SUV means crossover and there are only two SUV categories apparently.

7 years, but I doubt the post-2013 outlander is any better given Mitsu's downward slope

In Europe, apparently.

I guess you could make the argument that since it has 7 seats it has the capacity of a large SUV, but in everything else it's a standard crossover and those 2 trunk seats are pretty much for children only.

Twingo, panda, karl, pixo, i10, picanto...

Don't care, still going to buy an SVR

i would be so all over that thing if it didn't look like a fucking mini-minivan

""""great"""" britain

Are you britbongs bonged out of your head?

>this many Americans that can't read and think their opinion of Audi matters more than reality
Stop posting any time

looks like shit, drives like shit, but i can haul like my entire life in it

no ragrets

>Car models
>Fuel types
>No engine
>No transmission
How the fuck is this legit?

Are you a retard or do you have some sort of evidence to back up your bullshit claims? ADAC seem to say Audis are quite good on the reliability front and they have no reason to take bribes.

>Least reliable cars by category
>COUPES & CONVERTIBLES - Mazda MX-5 - 71.0% reliability rating

Lower than the Fiat 124. Hahahaha.

Meanwhile at #2 in the consumer reports reliability rankings, the 86 twins.
