i am interested to see how hi-rez is gonna handle it though. i think this will be the first time they'll be making their own lore from the groundup - smite already has it "pre-written", since it's based off real life mythology, and idk if tribes or global agenda had any extensive backstory

Combustible is good if enemy team has 2 tanks, especially like Barik or Ash+healer like Groover, gives you the ability clear the point and to push tanks from their comfort zone
Fusillade is good for general damage and your surviviability as it allows you to win most duels with raw power

Try flying againest Kinessa and other bullet spewing heroes and see how fast you get cut down. Drogoz's hitbox actually extends to his tail so when you are flying, you're twice as long and likely to get shot at.

Speaking of anti-air, holy shit is Ash stupidly long range now, I think the longest range barring Ruckus. All those idiots crying about the lack of short range AOE is missing out on the sheer deleting of any aerial targets which easily shoots Ash up to almost top tier as a support tank.

and? there are other ways to get to someone without flying in a straigth line to them. Sure, they have some easy time against you at certain distances, use your extra speed and get to their faces using cover, shooting at them to force a position change, you, know, use some skill.

that probably makes sense for some characters like grohk or mal'damba, but for other characters they kind of are the deity like makoa and grover, then other characters clearly just care about money like pip, kinessa, or maeve
my guess is there's sort of parallel stories running side by side that all coincide at crosswind hold so there's like adventurers, treasure seekers, outlaws laying low, justice bringers, god worshipers, a god slayer, etc
