I had one once too, but all it was was seeing them in Toriel's home and a text box appeared. Before any text came up my body/mind must have decided "No, this is going to be bad" and woke me up. The dream lasted like half a second.
I was scrolling through reddit and saw a link that said "php test for the 3 junpscare routines." Against my dream versions better judgement I clicked it and my computer locked up while Chara was laughing at me, and eventually thrusted at me. I woke up then and there.
My dream seemed to involve fictional characters near the end, there was one point where I was flipping through channels and ended up on a Jimmy Neutron/Spongebob crossover involving a tiny Spongebob named "Dongobob" and another involving some Mythbusters type show where they pit together two cast iron Napstablooks, one shattered and then presenters got chewed up by some guy.

My Chara is very cute and innocent but gets violent yandere if you try to hurt who they love and uses powers. They love to self harm and their family says yes Chara what pretty self harm scars as pretty as you and they let Chara self harm at the dinner table for progression and support. Chara has access to a time machine but doesn't use it because they don't want other people to be jealous.
