beat the enemy safelane into oblivion, if possible. depends heavily on draft. if not get xp and make life for the supports hell

like, Fire becomes skill 1 with renamed thunder clap (Magma Pulse or some shit), Wind becomes skill 2 with renamed drunken haze (Deoxygenate or some shit) and earth becomes skill 3 with renamed drunken brawler (Chlorophyll or some shit) while his ult turns him into 4th spirit

removing a support from the teamfight can also be very good. especially defensive supports like dazzle/oracle

Any hero that really needs a blink can get it in a reasonable time from camps and successful ganks. Which is your real job on 90% of offlane heroes. You're the play maker. You bring that "thing" that your team needs. You're not a support, you should be able to farm up 2k gold in ~12 minutes in any situation. You - and I wish you the best of luck in the world in this - should have supports stacking for you and making sure you're getting runes etc. You're the one whos gonna benefit from early stacks on someone like bristle/tide/clock etc. Getting a 10 minute blink is way bigger than getting a faster BFury on AM.
