I found it better than I was expecting. Its currently replacing the same glamour that I've had since 2.3 so it might just be my favourite.

Other favourite includes the Nomad Fending coat from Bardams.

Not really. I've seen grade V materia but the market is so flooded. Then there's the usual allagan pieces and sand. Of note is that you seem to get more crystals and clusters out of them.
Not comprehensive, I'd keep an eye out on ff14angler and see what people report.

You use Vril the same way you use those smoke screens in that solo duty.

Use them when big attacks are about to hit you.

There is a 50 duration of vril when used.

You can not fuck this up unless you simply ignore the fight mechanics.
