Moonbase is shit because it's all in-doors and doesn't have any interesting routes or locations.
The only cool thing about it is that there isn't a single choke. The players are forced to simply keep moving and attacking.
On other 2CP maps there is a massive problem with people sitting in the chokes and waiting until the last second before attacking.
