That could be one hell of a DLC. Go to the moon and find a top secret Vault only inhabited by top-ranking world leaders, maybe even Chinese, Russian, and US world leaders who warned each other and actually were friends, left Earth days before the shitstorm happened, etc. And also maybe the founder of Vault Tec. Similar to that one Punisher comic where he finds out the world got nuked and he finds all of the worlds leaders that caused it hiding in an underground bunker.

Hey guys, having issues with my FO2, I decided to run the Restoration Project and everything was running smoothly up until I hit Gecko, anytime I talk to Harold about the Hy-Mag it just ends the dialog. I'm in too deep to just drop my playthrough and start over with the unofficial patch, is there anyway I can take what I need from the unofficial patch and drop it into my FO2 data folder without fucking up my game?
