They're basically the same except Stands can be a bit weirder and more specialized.

They're personas that have one or two special abilities that are really strong instead of learning several (for example, I can punch hard and also cut holes through space), and obviously there's no restriction to where you can use then like how Personas are only usable in the Metaverse
