I thought about the inclusion of neutral synergy, the main problem is that if you go 2378, you miss on caterpillar and Alice, while of you go 2478, you miss on grimnir, goblin leader and ledger. Either way it ends up being suboptimal to a classic Nep shadow.

also the classic nep it was 2478 with shadow cards, then 2378 and 2578 got popular (i personally liked 2578 the most)

You can still win with nep in current meta. The problem is Rune being relevant with Burn Dirt and Dshift, and your own mulligan is your own enemy if you keep bricking.

But you can't include attendants, since they are a 3pp follower. You'd have to use that one 4pp guy, I guess, but then you can't play ledger on turn 4.

here is the list of shadowcraft followers with last words that were released for the last two expansions: prince catacomb, corpselord of woe (evolved only), ebon reaper, immorthal thane, dark alice

that's literally all, it's kind of ridiculous how few last words huys were released. neither of those fits nep too
