SCR Screen Recorder this time. Using advanced settings, it can be set higher than 30fps, though I imagine the framerate might have dipped below 60 if I had tried recording with sound. AZ Recorder was being weird, so I ended up using SCR Screen Recorder instead.

Does SCR record sound from the mic? I want to record MVs but I have no ways to get the sound because I haven't rooted my phone yet.

It can record via the mic, internal audio, or both. You can also set it to mute if you wish. You will have to root your phone before you can do internal audio though.
