What does everyone think about Sonic Rivals? Looks like almost nobody here mention this game here or remembers it. Why is that? Is it because it's bad, or what?
I'm asking because I'm curious and want to play it, especially when I never played it. I finished Rush and already want to play more non-stop fast-paced Sonic games.

The Rivals games are throwaway bargain bin games. They're not bad, they're just not really that interesting and have no replayability.

They're pretty much mobile games before those became a thing.

I'd argue it was vastly different, Adventure was a slower pace for platforming and taking out enemies/objectives. Boost is about maintaining your speed and getting from point A to B as fast as you can.

Have you tried playing the 06 project in Generations? Those Mach Speed sections are so much more fun when you can actually control it.

I downloaded it, but never got around to installing it since my HDD died shortly after I did. Maybe I'll try it after GDQ is over.
