How's Veeky Forums feel about Atessa AWD?
I heard it (the R32) basically drives like an RWD car (10/90 front rear) until it loses traction to the rear, and only becomes 50/50 torque split at that point.

That's exactly how it works

It's alright

Neat, guess I'm sold on a GT-R instead of a GTS-t

Don't do it. Get a GTSt.

I'll be moving to Japan for business purposes in about half a year, so prices won't be too jacked for the GT-R.

How about the R34 GTS-t vs. the R32 GT-R, those are both in my budget.
I am planning on taking the car home after my 3 year stay in Jap, so maybe resale should be considered.

You American? You won't be getting a 34 back there. If not, 34 GT-T. Newer cars, lacking complexity, RB25DET NEO is a best RB. Just don't put a GTR badge on it like some faggots like to do.

>3 year stay
Jesus, what job just sends you to other countries for three years?

>I am planning on taking the car home after my 3 year stay in Jap,

If you're a burger don't plan on bringing an r34 back.

>prices won't be too jacked for the GT-R

I know of the 25 year rule.

I have 2 homes, in Canada and in the Netherlands, I intend on taking it into the Netherlands as you can import one car tax-free after having lived elsewhere for 4 years or more.

I'm self-employed, struck a few deals with local Japanese government and school boards.

Must be nice having a business you own. Jelly

Well for those of us who don't have access to Atessa equipped cars (most of us), we just have to take Dorikin's word for it:

Seems pretty fucken good.

Of the three only the R32 has the ATTESA the way it can be fully disabled, on the R33 and R34 it can't. But if you actually want a car, get an R32 GT-R. Non GT-R R34s are ugly and quite boring.

What's the point of disabling it after getting a GT-R?
You'd basically just be driving an engine swapped GTS-t with excess weight.

>GT-R badging and hektik skids
>RB26 is much better than the 25
also
>R32 didn't come with RB25DET

pretty stupid to do so admittedly but just saying one can do so, not that they should.

>>RB26 is much better than the 25
I have to disagree with you there senpai

Shit cunt drivers think you can only drift RWDs.

That's because you're an idiot.

whatever you wanna think, broski

I know I don't enjoy the RB26 tax on fucking everything

It's more expensive because it's better.

yeah, ITBs and solid lifters are soooooo worth it

Solid lifters gets you an extra 1000rpm redline from the factory + the reinforced block to take it + twin steel wheel turbos which can easily handle extra boost.

And ITBs are always good.

>twin steel wheel turbos
wrong

Is that only the N1? Oh well they still make extra boost without trouble.

Neem me mee
