Yeah, no, Valve doesn't make hats. I play a lot of TF2, what Valve does is have "people" (valvedrones) make the hats for them, for free, and submit them on the community workshop. When Valve needs to make some money, they take some of those hats and put them in the game, and the lucky few who got their hats chosen will get compensation (something like a grilled cheese sandwich) and Valve will pocket the rest of the money.

Splitpushing:
Not all teams manage to understand it, he can be held back by a few champions, he's completely reliant on executing well his TP if he has to join his team

It's however simply wrong to say he's not an hypercarry. His scalings number-wise are those of an hypercarry
