You don't even need Sombra. You just need a D.Va that understands not EVERY ult needs to be launched into the air.

If D.Va justs ults on the ground and Zarya fires her graviton inside the mech, there is nothing that can stop the team wipe.

I admire your optimism, but it's just easier to have Zarya ult first, Sombra to ult immediately after, and then D.Va to lazily throw her mech in the general direction of the enemy team.
I did this combo once in comp, but when I tried to get it to happen again so we could cap point B easily, our Zarya tarded out and ulted before D.Va ult was up.
