Well it's a shit game for casuals all the real fighting game fans will be playing Marvel Infinite.
The point is that Canada does have a fighting game scene that hosts multiple majors and is right beside the States, as well as being a first world country. Even if the players aren't necessarily as good on average it's a far easier trip to Vegas than going from Japan.
