Bullet Ballet is Equilibrium tier elite but the self root rustles my jimmies, really have to pay attention to cast it AFTER the boss does his usual draw white circle that will kill you under you routine. Has got me killed more times than I'm willing to admit.

You just get one hit rating glyph then rest are crit power and crit rating. Hit rating reduces glance reduction IIRC.

hit rating = glance reduction
