It takes me like 10-15 seconds max to load a battle on a new map with my regular 2TB hdd and loading back to the campaign takes 3-5 seconds.

SSD are a meme and turn time depends on your CPU and the settings obviously since you can choose how much you want to see of the AI's actions each turn
