Does damage absorption work with damage reduction? I would assume so because it doesn't make sense otherwise, but this is Overkill we're talking about and I wouldn't put it past them to make damage absorption apply BEFORE damage reduction.

Here are the breakpoints info.
The idea being, if you are not AT a breakpoints, there is some wasted damage, that could be specced into other things. You won't get it exactly at these breakpoints but you can get it pretty close.

The fucking AMCAR holy shit. I tried to use it because it's an assault rifle with decent concealment and doesn't take much to get it up to 40 damage, but the thing is so fucking inaccurate it can't hit shit at even medium range.

Also, the ove9000 if that counts as a gun. It wouldn't even be viable if it had infinite ammo vs enemies.

AMCAR can't be the worst gun when it can hit 40 damage and while the Val can't.

Because reloading takes too long. I want more bullets to delay the reload.
