Not that user, but its not exactly unreasonable. Its entirely based on novelty value, where the actual scripting of the server is extremely mediocre. No staying power.

If it wasn't using the classless system, literally nobody would be playing it. Its of poor quality. So it has to be carried by said system.

Trouble is, it sounds good on paper. But then you put it into practice and realize that there are about a half dozen meta builds that shit on everything else, and trying anything new just leads to those meta builds stripping you.

This. Vanilla was shit. I love it, but it's shit. Mid Wrath was the highpoint. Cata ruined everything, Mists made it gay, WoD made it shit, and Legion is fun until you're grinding Mythics all day.

i care mostly about pvp anyway, but i was saying this as a safety net that at least something will be decent

i do beleive that the devs have done work so the rest be playable, the server is being pretty hyed

in general, it was the first time all the classes were balanced
you can pretty much play every class/spec and do okay with it in both pvp and pve

yeah the mele platers definitely shine the most in wotlk, but even then, the difference inst as big as in vanilla/tbc between the top few classes and the rest, and even then, they get OP in the end of the expansion when they all get the Shadowmourne from ICC
