I don't know about this. While models are better (for the most part) and animations are definitely a huge improvement, SF5 has that weird clash between background and character making these games sort of ugly to look at. Sometimes it rubs me as a fan-made game given the huge difference in assets. In some sense, SF4 is more pleasing to look at than SF5, despite so many technical improvements in SF5.
