How can you drink your vodka if you are wearing a gasmask?
He could just take it off for a sec when he's outside an irradiated area.
Also, lots of gas masks have special drinking tubes that connect to canteens that allow you to drink through them without taking them off.

Got to generators, cucked by total lack of artifacts in any anomaly. Is there an addon or tweaks to make loot in CoC less shit?
I wish I didn't need to feel the urge to pick up every kind of ammo in the game except for pistol, might not even have a weapon for the ammo but i'll still get fucktons of ammo.
tweak yourself bind_anomaly_zone script or wait for blowout, save when it starts, when it ends open console and see if the artifact you want is spawned

i quick saved inside the arena and been stuck there for a whole hour not even able to bring one of them down.
it seems like my gun do no dmg at all even when i realized i can switch to armor penetrating bullets.

if you mean the fight in CoC then:
1.switch to ap ammo and 2-round burst
2.always one of specnaz dudes comes to you from your left, kill him first
3.wait few seconds and the second one will come to check on his dead buddy
Open character_desc_bar.ltx in gamedata/configs/gameplay
Search for bar_arena_stalker_5_1 and bar_arena_stalker_5_1
Now you can change their ranks to rookies they will have less health by changing to 50
Search for bar_arena_stalker_5_1 and bar_arena_stalker_5_2*
