If I was to start a ripping team it would all be anonymous. No namefaggery. You want in? Send an anonymous message with a secondary discord or such. That would eliminate drama with the rippers and the community as well as any chance of them being too chummy and becoming a giant circlejerk.
Next there would be no set schedule for rips. I hate how our current rippers have some sort of schedule going on. For me it would be rip whoever you want from whatever game and take as long as you need. Rushing shit only leads to crappy rips like Jezail.
