The advantage comes in never fucking dying because there's always something to escape with.

Air control means how much you can control yourself in the air movement-wise, like strafing midair. For example, during her ult, Ash has 100% air control, which means she can move freely within the air while airborne.

Anti-flank. He has way less mobility than Androxus or Evie, but he has more damage output than them. His wallhack also means you can see when someone, like a flank, is coming around the corner as well.

Its just viktor that can lift some enemies in the air, has ult that deals 2400 damage through walls(But you cant rotate or aim while doing it) and barely heal unless you make a loadout specifically for healing. Not that OP, but certainly has some bullshit.

You can check it yourself ingame, equip the voice pack and click on it a few times to preview the VGS, then go back to the champions screen and click on willo to hear the "pick" VOX line. Two completely different voices.

To be fair, Ash's default hair is already pretty unnatural, which is Red. Also, Ash has quite the robust personality, so it fits. At the same time, Lian's hair only changes between white and black, while Zhin's hair only changes between black, white and burnt or sth, since Lian is supposed to be a graceful and royal princess, while Zhin is supposed to be a serious warlord.
