i dunno man. the fd is my dream car. the 3kgt is cheaper, but also harder to find a good one i feel.

A lot of them are fucked up and abused. The well taken care of ones are expensive, and the “cheap” ones are just as expensive.

No clue. Maybe a 3 series, unless Mazda releases another RX sports car. My heart says 997 but that's crazy.

2006 Cobalt sport, rip
1997 Golf GTI VR6, broke
198X Samurai, sold and probably still broken
2015 Camaro SS, in storage
1997 Mazda 626, daily

Next purchase will either be parts to fix my golf but most likely it will be getting parted out instead + getting rid of the Mazda to fund a new daily that I can modify/have fun with once spring comes around. Was thinking maybe a civic Hatch or an old saab, but that sounds like more headaches. Any ideas Veeky Forums for under 2000 CAD?

>something to pull my 03 Silverado around
lol what? why?

Wanting to get it to the point where it’s not logical to daily drive it on the street anymore. Like how people tow their drag cars or track cars.

1991 Alfa 164
1997 Peugeot 406 STDT

Next car I'm still deciding but it'll be something family oriented to replace the 406 which has has done over 300k.

Next: maybe a 2008 Laramie if I can find one. Or an 99-04 Mustang GT.

None, too young to drive.

Future:
Hand-me-down 2007 Corolla.

96 grand Cherokee (hand me down)
03 accord (first car I bought by myself)
02 Sonata (got in accident. Needed another car)
13 FRS (couldn’t get over it’s weaknesses)
10 Mustang GT (sold frs bought this and mods, still had $1100)
13 Mustang GT (had to have a coyote. Still have the 10)
88 Mustang LX (bought for $100 who would say no to that)

Next purchase? If they improve it I’d consider getting an 86/brz again. But for now I couldn’t get passed what was bad about it. I’ll never get one because of rice tax but I’ve always wanted a mk4 Supra.

Next might be another small commuter, looking at a mini countryman.

... but it’s not a track day car. It’s a ragged out 15 y/o duramax. Also, why can’t your 2017 Ram tow it occasionally?

thinking about the Tesla model 2 or 3

We don't have rust problems here, it started to rust up within 12 months
2.4 litre mitsi oetrol engine is lethargic as all hell
The decks the dealers throw on them are shit, no frame just folded sheet steel. I sheared off the runners
Everything rattles
They're shit on fuel if they're not empty
With the rust problems, the seam under the window at the back of the cab leaks and they rust from the inside out (according to the guy that has the windscreen contract for the dealer)
They're cramped inside
And it also pisses me off that a two seater Ute somehow has FOUR CUPHOLDERS. Two of which you can't actually fit a cup in

Also, the entire vehicle is a crumple zone. If you crash you die, no matter what pads you put on your brakes are done and eating the rotors in less than 10k km.
At least I never bought it it was a company car. But my God when you get a brand new Ute for $14k us including a deck you really do get what you pay for
