No, learn QBD first, then move on to Araxxor when you are comfortable with QBD. Raids are meme content for money and generally an unnecessary bother to get started with, especially if you don't have friends/good equipment/general experience

you can prob get away with t70 armour as long as it has decent augments, the important part is your weapon, what tier is it?
Yaka is far harder than BM, easy to fuck up a kill if you don't know what you're doing

And to answer your other question, Yakamaru requires more people to commit to the kill which never is a good thing for feeble minded runegamers. The loot is of course slightly better, but again, without friends/connections you might not have a very good time trying to find a group. Most public teams are awful
