That depends entirely on whether Leoric lands/holds W and whether he has E up to get out of dodge. Which is pretty easy given how much laser slows Azmo early, countering Leoric W's one weakness. I'd say Leoric wins given equal skill players and no ganks. I'm gonna guess Azmo can't do shit after Leoric hits 4 and gets Fealty though.

Stealth has already been addressed as to why it's OP and harmful for the game.

Stuns are imbalanced as they basically serve as an 'i win' button in too many circumstances, allow no counterplay, because they allow someone to rape you with impunity while you can sit there and do NOTHING in response, which is self-evidently bad game design and shouldn't be present in any game. Stun, as well as Stealth, can be reworked to allow for counterplay, provide a balanced reward for the risk involved (clicking a button), and not be so anti-fun as to be harmful to the health of the game.

Ranked mode should of course exist, but not exclusively as the tedious, boring Draft/Ban mode. Blizzard should have a blind pick teams mode so people can actually play who they want to play, and not have to balance Blizzard's game for them by wasting 5 minutes before each match with 'bans' which is the single most asinine thing in any competitive game.

Alt to 13 is more speed that you won't need against an ensnared opponent, or an incredibly niche and underused pick.
